We install air conditioning with heating function (5kW) as standard - cost +€1,150. For ice cream shops and facilities requiring constant 18-22°C temperature, this is the recommended solution. Other systems are also possible: heat pump, electric heating, heating films (e.g., Dream Heat).

We install 30-50L electric water heater as standard (electric option). For larger facilities with multiple water points, one central boiler or several instant heaters is possible. We select the solution based on hot water demand.

We install PVC windows as standard. Aluminum windows and doors are available on request (higher price, better aesthetics). Front can contain up to ~8m² of glazing. Doors: standard or sliding. All elements are matched to the facility character and client preferences.

Warranty on the container steel structure is 24 months. It covers all material and workmanship defects of the load-bearing structure. The structure is anti-corrosion protected and with normal use serves for many years.

Warranty on electrical installations is 12 months. It covers the distribution board with protections, wiring, LED lighting and 230V and 400V sockets. Installation is made according to standards and is subject to acceptance.
