Food Container for Wrocław Zoo: Pizza in a Modern Style

HARDBOX Sp. z o.o. proudly presents a food container, designed and manufactured specifically for Wrocław Zoo. This modern facility, located within one of Europe's largest zoological gardens, combines functionality with aesthetics, offering visitors delicious pizza in comfortable conditions.

Durable Construction and Modern Design

The container was built using a shortened 40 HC (9m) shipping container, reinforced with steel profiles and protected with a reactive primer, then painted in RAL 7026 matte. The facade, made of thermo wood with invisible fastening, gives it an elegant and natural appearance. The entire structure is characterized by durability and weather resistance.

Functional Solutions

  • Display Window with Sliding Pane: Ensures convenient customer service and product display. The 4/16/14 safety insulated glazing guarantees safety and thermal insulation.
  • PUR Foam Insulation: Closed-cell spray PUR foam thermal insulation (40mm on walls, 50mm on ceiling) ensures thermal comfort throughout the year.
  • Complete Fit-out: The container is equipped with electrical installation (32A three-phase connection, IP65 hermetic sockets), plumbing installation (300l water tank, 400l wastewater tank), and a closed-loop toilet system.
  • Lighting: Two lighting circuits inside the container, external lighting (PIZZA sign) on a separate switch, and automatic lighting in the WC, back-of-house area, storage, and cold room.

This food container is an excellent example of the combination of modern design, functionality, and durability, characteristic of HARDBOX solutions. It provides a quick and efficient way to launch a food service point in an attractive location.
